His background includes:

Holding plumbing and electrical licenses in California
Building homes from the ground up
Completing residential and commercial remodeling projects
Performing restoration and repair work name across Grimes, Williamson, and Brazos counties

This experience gives Lance a practical understanding of how homes are built and how mechanical systems should be installed and maintained.
